Rustic style with modern comfort

The Long Barn is our latest project at Shadrack Dairy Farm. A dilapidated barn needed to be taken down and we decided to replace it with an oak-framed and stone building. The result looks like a traditional long barn with hay loft, but incorporates all modern comforts.

The barn is in the grounds of Shadrack Dairy Farm, but has its own parking and garden.

The garden leads down to a traditional mill stream. It should be noted for those with young children that this is unenclosed.

A well-behaved dog is allowed

There is strictly no smoking in the property.

The Long Barn can only be booked either along with the main farmhouse as additional bedrooms, or on it's own on a Bed & Breakfast basis. There are limited cooking facilities in the barn and a breakfast hamper will be provided for guests to enjoy at their leisure.

The cost is:

Low Season

Weekday
£175 per night for up to 4 guests

Weekend
£200 per night for up to 4 guests

High Season

Weekday
£200 per night for up to 4 guests

Weekend
£225 per night for up to 4 guests

There is a 3 night minimum stay

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
